A men’s retreat

Brotherhood of the Heart

For men who are ready to stop performing and start leading, from the heart.

Why brotherhood

Somewhere along the way, you made a deal with yourself.

You’d be who you needed to be to stay safe, to feel loved, to keep it together. You made that deal so young you probably don’t even remember making it. You’ve just been living inside it since, defending a version of yourself you never actually chose.

That version is a part of you, not the whole of you. It showed up young, when you needed protection, and it did exactly what it was built to do. It’s not your enemy. It’s just tired, still guarding an old belief that was never true:

I’m too much. I’m not enough. My worth depends on what I produce.

That part of you doesn’t need fixing. It needs to be heard, held, and seen. And it softens the moment you stop making it carry the weight alone.

Brotherhood of the Heart is where we create space for this process through your heart, on purpose. What’s on the other side? It’s you: whole, infinitely worthy, capable of more than any old story ever allowed you to believe. That’s what we mean by living an authentic life, living your truth with nothing standing in front of it anymore.

We’re working toward a brotherhood of men who’ve stopped performing and started leading from the heart: a brotherhood where the mask comes off long before the breaking point, and where carrying something alone isn’t the default a man lives with for decades. One retreat, one circle, one hard truth spoken at a time.

None of it happens alone, and none of it happens by force. What you share here stays here. No one’s here to fix you. No one outranks you. You show up, you stay present, and you let yourself be seen by people doing the exact same courageous work. We’re not here to hand you enlightenment. We’re just here to walk each other home, into our hearts.

The work we do here

From the walls you’ve built, back out into a life of love, authenticity, and purpose.

We hold a real container.

Clear principles make honest vulnerability possible, not the performed kind.

We work through the heart, on purpose.

Heart coherence and intuition get you to places your mind can’t reach alone.

We make room for what usually stays hidden.

The parts of a man that never get said out loud finally get witnessed here, instead of carried alone for another twenty years.

We build what comes after.

A powerful weekend fades. What lasts is the accountability and brotherhood that follow it: the real work of changing old patterns so you can show up loving, authentic, and consistent, day after day, not just for one peak moment.

Who this is for

Sound familiar?

  • You’ve built a life that looks good from the outside, and some nights you still lie there wondering why it doesn’t feel like enough.
  • You’ve got people around you, but there’s a version of you none of them have ever actually met.
  • You keep the peace. You handle it. You’re the one everyone else leans on, and you can’t remember the last time you leaned on anyone.
  • You’ve had the thought, more than once, that something’s off, and then buried it under the next thing on your list.

If even one of those hit close to home, you already know why you’re here.

This isn’t a retreat for men with everything figured out. It’s for men honest enough to admit they don’t, and ready to stop carrying that alone.

Who this is really for

You don’t need prior retreat experience. You don’t need to have “done the work” before. You don’t even need the words yet for what’s been sitting in your chest. You just need to be willing to show up, stay present, and let yourself be seen, even when it’s uncomfortable. That willingness is the only qualification that matters.

Every man who’s done this work started exactly where you are right now, before he decided to stop waiting for the right moment and just went.

Know this going in

This asks something real of you.

It isn’t a vacation.

If you’re here to check a box, impress someone, or coast through without really engaging, this isn’t the right fit for you or for the other men in the room doing real work. If you’re not ready to give that yet, that’s fine. Come back when you are.

Hard times are welcome. Emergencies need more.

If you’re going through a hard time, you are welcome here. If you’re in the middle of a real crisis, or working through something recent and raw, get professional support in place first. This retreat can be part of your path, but it isn’t equipped to be your only support in an emergency.

Every man is welcome. The same is asked of you.

This container holds men of every background, story, and walk of life. If you can’t sit with a brother who doesn’t look, believe, or live like you do, this isn’t your room. Brotherhood here doesn’t come with conditions.

Of The Heart retreats are not emergency, medical, or mental-health treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Ready when you are.
