I found Brotherhood of the Heart to be deeply transformational. I attended this retreat and it was refreshing to experience a sense of pure camaraderie between me and the brothers, and I will forever be appreciative for having experienced my first ceremony. Heram Al Noor retreat center was such a beautiful setting inside and out. I would recommend this retreat to absolutely anyone and a special thanks to Mani and Ben!!

Ben has been an inspiration and a source of connection and love in my life. Ben facilitated my journey and I felt deeply safe in his presence. It was a healing experience that I will never forget.

I did a retreat with Ben. I was amazed by the attention to detail and intentionality that was put into the experience. Before the ceremony there was a lot of thought that went in to getting prepared and comfortable for the experience. During was extremely powerful and full of wonder and awe and reverence. I learned a lot of powerful lessons and healed tremendously. There was ample time for integration and some great exercises to help integrate. Overall, the experience was a major catalyst for me and definitely a part of my emotional-spiritual growth journey that I continue to look back on as a major contributor to my development and growth.

Ben is a longtime friend, and I’ve experienced the container he creates on multiple occasions. Each one has shifted my life toward greater joy and love. The intake and preparation guidelines were thorough, and I felt well prepared going in, from the attention put into the setting to the coaching on mindset. During the experience, I could surrender completely, knowing I was deeply cared for and safe, and could rest in the knowledge that Ben’s wisdom was guiding the energetic space. Afterward, the meals have always been outstanding and helped ground me. The follow-up conversations were meaningful and helped me digest what had happened, and I was invited to reach out anytime if something came up later. I trust Ben in this space and recommend him without reservation.

Ben and Mani are close friends of mine and have become brothers. I know each of them intimately. I trust them. I am fully accepted and valued for who I am around them. I feel safe when I’m with them. This safety I feel around them is what’s required in any ceremonial space. Both of them realize there is no negotiating or circumventing all aspects of safety. What makes the space they create sacred is their intention and follow through. Every single detail is well thought out and planned with safety in mind. I’m so fortunate that I’ve had the opportunity to be in that space with them and wholeheartedly vouch for their intentions and experience.

My ceremony experience with Ben was life changing in so many ways I didn’t know I needed. From the questionnaire, exploring my ins and outs to find what I truly desired to get out of the experience, to the spiritual guidance provided by Ben during the actual ceremony, it was one of the most pivotal moments in my adult life. I highly recommend this to anyone that is seeking to invite love, clarity and/or understanding into their lives.

I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing two life-changing ceremonies with Ben.

The ceremonies themselves were unbelievable, but the preparation is what really set the stage. Ben and I met multiple times beforehand, and each time he brought a thoughtful set of questions that helped me solidify my intention before ever entering the space.

Every detail of the weekend was planned with care. The night before, we shared dinner and a breathwork session that let me surrender completely while still feeling safe. The day of ceremony started with a fasted hike, then building the altar, bringing items that held real meaning for us and creating something I can only call sacred.

I won’t speak to the specifics of the ceremonies themselves; I’d invite anyone to enter that space with an open mind. I’ll only say both were profound, each in their own way. The day after was just as meaningful. Ben held space for us to reflect and integrate what had been revealed.

Words can’t capture the value these ceremonies have given me. Thank you, Ben.

I met Ben back in 2022 at a birthday party for my wife’s friend. When I saw him, something clicked, and I just wanted to talk to him! It felt like I’d known him my whole life. Ben’s wisdom impressed me, and the things I was going through at that moment (emotionally, physically, in my relationships) he had already gone through himself, so I felt safe opening up to him.

As time passed, we became friends. We didn’t see each other much, but we talked a lot. He mentioned the ceremony to me, and I decided to go for it and start preparing. For the next month, Ben guided me through the preparation. Every week we spoke and set intentions for what I wanted to get out of the ceremony.

The ceremony and the space itself felt completely safe: honest, trustworthy, and I’ve never felt safer. I came out of it with exactly what I wanted: not solutions, but real guidance for the next steps in my life. Before the ceremony, I was so confused about where I wanted to go and who I wanted to be. To this day, Ben is one of my best friends and part of my family for life.

I have sat in circle with Mani for over a year and my experience of him has been so loving and open. He has a fantastic capacity to listen and offer feedback and support, without trying to save or fix. His warm presence is beautiful to be around. I would strongly recommend sitting, listening, and learning from Mani.

Mani is a meaningful contributor wherever he goes. Gathering before dancing, bringing in coherence and clarity. I have learned patience and grace from our interactions. Beautiful moments of eating desserts and kebabs together while being connected through at the roots. Thank you for being in my life, Mani.
